Hello Fred from the other side of the world...
Our TV grabs of the incident were far to short to draw any conclusions...but like most, I am interested to know what happened (that is, why did the car stop abruptly...if it did (transaxle lock-up, electrical etc), and possibly too quick to even be covered by Flags in the atrocious weather.
Obviously, if it is subject to an investigation this is just a place marker for whatever can be released in future.
More importantly, our TV feed reported that both Drivers were AOK
