As i understand it,if your engine blows up during the race(Melbourne)you start with a fresh engine in Malaysia and no penalty,however if your engine blows before the start of the race(Melbourne)you change engines and take a 10 place penalty on the grid and that engine must then last to the end of the Malaysian GP,If however that engine blows during the race(Melbourne) you still start with a fresh engine at the Malaysian GP,if however that engine blows during the race(Malaysian)you start the next race with a fresh engine and no penalty,if however that engine blows before the start of the race(Malaysian)you change engines take a 10 place grid penalty and that engine must then last to the end of the next race,if however.........................I hope thats cleared things up.
