Direct injection, DBW, whizz-bang Haldex all-wheel-drive system, self-shifting manual gearbox aka DSG, V6 with ONE cylinder head! If you ticked the right boxes on the options sheet, you could also get integrated nav, and Bluetooth too.
It was the sort of car that blew peoples' minds way back when, and now most of that tech is the norm on most new cars these days.
