It may only be an Int C that is needed, but first you have to apply for it. How many of the drivers reckoned to be in with a shout of the Maximum Motorsport seat are actually racing this year, and have therefore got the licence.
Maybe Dan hasn't bother apply for a licence as he saw no chance of competing, with being too bust running the Porsche. Same goes for many other drivers.
