There are teams though that haven't officially announced their plans but can pretty much be expected based on social media posts.
Hoonigan and WRX Austria are testing already and Peugeot-Hansen should be a given team in WRX. DA racing wrote on Twitter JB Dubourg would do the entire WRX season after he won Andros.
I doubt though that there will be more than last years 17 cars.
