I am not a great expert in aerodynamics, but to my understanding the Super TC 2000 bases all its downforce on the front and rear wings that always need clean air to have all their efficiency.
In my point of view the Super TC 2000 needs to change the rules to generate more downforce with the floor of the car with front divisors, a flat bottom and a large rear diffuser.
The GT3 cars produce more downforce much of this with the floor and have no problems with the overtaking.
