Managed to find it on the WEC's T&S data site, though it should be noted that 2016 is missing the Porsche Curves data.

Best time all time in race was by Allan McNish in 2013, of 15.075 seconds/269.3kmh/167.3mph

Best all time overall was by Marcel Fassler, again 2013, of 15.017 sec./270.4kmh/168mph

Times took a hit in 2014 due to the narrower tires and car track, but approached 2013 levels again in 2015.

Even with the ACO's attempts in the WEC to cut cornering speeds, the LMP1s are as fast as ever this season, so we could see new records being set in the Porsche Curves this year if Toyota and Porsche get their sums right.
