286 is impossible. The circuit map doesn't match the timing line. The distance between the two timing lines was reduced from 1127.9m to 1032.1m.
According to some quick math I did, I'd say they're 0,5s slower than before (2013), so they'd be doing an average of 15,5s.
My conclusion, in average speed: 2013>2012/2015>2014>2017.
