Can anybody suggest a source for the racing results of these cars in the South African Group1 races during the 1980s please?
In 1983 the 'standard' 2.5 litre cars raced in 1983, with the successful debut of the Autodelta-engined 3 litre version in September that year at Kyalami.
In 1984 and 1985 the cars won the Championship, but I'm struggling to fine even a list of these events, let alone the entry lists and results. If anyone has these, or knows someone who may be able to help me, I'd be most grateful for the information.
Last year I imported one of the 200 of these cars made (OK, maybe 213 to 230-ish) and am trying to piece together a complete history of these magnificant homologation specials, before it is too late.
