One major problem,as Peter suggest's,is the general lack of knowledge that some drivers display under the SC period,it seem's as though there are quite a few drivers who dont seem to realise that by dragging around at the back,they ARE effectivly holding up procedings.Its often the case that,perhaps a novice,will be running in last place,that being the case,they should do everything possible [reasonably] to catch the end of the snake thus doing themselves and everyone else a favour.
