Since they've rebuilt the stands at Daytona all testing has been closed to the public. Hopefully that changes at some point but I'm not going to hold my breath. They will however sell you a track tour for about $20 that gets you in the stands for about 10 minutes and in the infield where they keep you as far away from the track and garages as they possibly can.
