I have checked the regulations back to 2005 and there is no mention of this specific regulation.
Who do I need to speak to to find out why it's been introduced and whether or not it can be removed as there don't seem to have been any problems without it in the regs for the last 7 years.

Just been looking at 2012 BB as you can see a lot of red type designating that they have been modified. This is one of the sections in our regs we have had to rewrite already as the MSA would only allow how it is written now i.e. all of section K applies.
Re seating write to the committee via secretary and it will be dealt with officially. Need to be quick we need the regs finalised so everyone knows what they are doing.
