No way. For several reasons.
Firstly, the rule makers have deemed cars like Teds ineligible for the easter event anyway, but Teds car needs re-shelling, and people must remember its a part time team. His crew work chemicals 9-5.
The car will take perhaps 1000 hours to fix, plus parts...
