Excellent, something else learned today! Don't suppose Coltishall was anything but a run of the mill base but always remember when they had open days there how spotless the place was. The main runway was at 90 degrees to the local road and if passing always had a glance to see if anything was taking off!
Recollect that Jaguars were sometimes painted pink when on operational duty in the Gulf etc....... Not sure if it was a good look!
