As I said, Bob, I know nothing about engines, so I'm just speculating. I'd think that destroking would be available, too, but down to 4.0L (in a combination of destroking and sleeving) seems pretty, erm, optimistic. Whether it'd be worthwhile when (as you pointed out) it would end up being a very heavy 4L motor is the question...

edit: the four-cam is the GT's 5.6? I guess it's almost at its maximum displacement already (350 ci = 5.7ish L).
