This information is actually from the Wikipedia article I wrote on the Cadillac Northstar LMP. The information was merely gathered from looking over race results so I am not 100% positive that it is correct.
The history of #LMP-00-001 is completely unknown to me, the notion that it is a development prototype is a bit of an assumption by me. All I know is that it doesn't seem to have ever raced.
