In mid-late '00, GT3 wasn't regoulated as it is now, it was quite easy for small tuners/manufacturers like ascari or mosler to get a gt3 homologation or a GTN homologation accepted as GT3 in a lot of national series, however according to RSC, these are the chassis numbers reported for VCC
