There is a slight chance they will be required to run
the car at race speed during damp conditions
even only a 1/2 lap. Therefore ,one would like to know what the
(especially a new ) car will do in the damp. Its nice to know
the wet limits when the trophy is on the line.
Play your cards right, you can pass the folks in the damp
who are waiting for the yellow to be thrown.
Then again , some teams might not want to risk tearing there
stuff up in practice if its wet.
