I agree. Kimball gave Rahal as much room as possible. Rahal went unnecessarily wide.

That section is very fast. When Kimball got close to Power's left, Power should have gone left, even if he was just in front of Kimball.
But also Kimball kept throttling when Power was closing the gap. If he had lifted, Power could have got a penalty for blocking.
