The promotor is Ricardo González.
I think they are doing a good job and the track will be packed bt they are literally giving away thousands of tickets for free too (which cna work since there is sponsorship money anyway).
The problem I see is that they only allowyour ticket for the specific section in which you are and many are numbered. From what I can recall that does not happen in Europe (certainly not in Spa). The magic of a race like this one is to go around the track but here you're screwed to either tehe baseball stadium or the front stretch...For six hours.
