Numbers starting with an "0" smacks of NASCAR....and even they have shied away from doing that in recent years
There's 26 cars in the field, surely it's easy to find a two-digit number in there, or am I missing something?
I know car numbers don't mean as much these days, but no matter if the regs allow it or not, cars running what is, in effect, the same number is ridiculous

Tomas Mezera & Craig Lowndes raced as #015 at HRT
Craig Lowndes raced as #016 at HRT as well

Do any cars in other FIA International series run numbers starting with an 0?
