Comcast/NBC is doing exactly what The Mouse did with ESPN2, put a bunch of big level NASCAR and other motorsport content on it to advance the overall standing of the channel.
NASCAR fans like Indycar or F1 fans are very persistent in contacting their Cable providers and demanding for the channels/tiers/costs. But, they outnumber them by a huge percentage in the U.S.
