A British variant of tartiflette made here for some Sebring sustenance (and God knows it's been needed), replacing Reblochon with Wigmore (best of the mature soft cheeses I could find in Neal's Yard on Friday) and using some Gloucester Old Spot bacon for lardons.
Reckon if we put our mind to it we could do something along these lines at Le Mans this year.
