Not comparable to Ferrari's Marlboro's barcode logo*. No money comes from JPS and it's just gold color on black and there's no blatant attempt at mimicking the JPS logo.
* no longer exists, but the current Ferrari logo is obviously influenced and Marlboro remains Ferrari's major sponsor:
