Agreed. If they go down the Fernando/Kimi route then they have a double-A team now, but run the risk of losing both drivers to retirement in the next two/three years and having to start from scratch.
Bringing Biachi in now, alongside Kimi or Fernando, will give him a chance to learn the ropes alongside an experienced drived.
