How many Veste TC1 car exists? The 2015 build ones are damaged, so not able to racing any more. If they have only 3 Vesta's, I think it will be a 2 man team.
They might want to keep Tarquini, and if there is the SMP Racing who we talk, the second driver must be a russian guy (Petrov?).
