Funnily enough I quite liked the look of Latifi in F3, and felt he might be one to keep an eye on, so i'm kind of glad he is doing as well as he is.
I will reserve judgement on Rowland until the end of the season. Whilst no-one is going to challenge Leclerc on a regular basis he must secure 2nd in the points over Markelov and Latifi.
Clearly his race performance are not matching his qualy or outright pace so we have to wonder why he is not able to do that.
