I think ROAL will be a Hyundai Team as well as the BRC team, yeah. DG Competition could be either a Peugeot or an Opel team. Sebastien Loeb Racing will be on the grid, probably with Peogeot.
Borkovic had enough money to compete in the TC1 WTCC, but couldn't fit in the car, and went to the TCR, so he'll have enough money to put the Alfa team on the grid, I think.
Kia and Subaru will have difficulty getting any cars on the grid as they have not shown any potential so far. Maybe Comini could get a Subaru car on the grid, as he said that that car is the future of TCR, but I think he'll end up in the Comtoyou Audi for another year.
Coronel has said (again) on Facebook that there are a number of options for him in the WTCR.
There definately will be no problem to get the maximum of 26 cars on the grid.
