They have built at least 3 chassis. MR03-01 was the one destroyed at Suzuka, Max was in MR03-02, Max used MR03-03 a few times this year, its last outing was Germany, I assume its now the spare.
As for Caterham - they should have a spare as CT05-#04 was used in Suzuka.
