I guess the Galael's have links to Prema from before when they backed Giovinazzi.
Much depends on whether Ferrari still want/need to pay for 2 drivers in F2?
Rowland may struggle for budget if Renault and RSF don't continue to support him?
If he can't get a Prema seat, he may as well stick with DAMS. Although Racing Engineering like to pair an experienced driver with a newcomer so that might be another option?
