I assume that's likely the case with most of us. (I don't have a laptop, but use a remote keyboard and mini PC connected to my TV.)
Motors TV (or at least some kind of North American version of it) was finally approved for distribution here in Canada just over a year ago, but it was never carried by any TV service.

It was too late. There might have been some demand for it, if it had become available here about 6 or 8 years ago when the TV channel that had been Speedvision/SpeedTV was dropping almost all of its racing except for Nascar.
While all the streaming that's available is great for those of us who purposefully look for it, it's general lack of availability on mainstream TV sources here won't help to attract any new and younger viewers.
