www.crash.net its probably the best all round motorsport website I know.
It dosent specalise in anything as such but its a great all rounder, a bit like Barichello in F1 lol. And yes I agree its good to see some positive things about CART rather than the usual trash that comes out of other sites ie aut0sport.com
