The 'Joker' is still a 're-homologation', with the depth and breadth of it being set by the ACO.
There are no independent re-homologations by the 4 chosen constructors, as by rule the cars are locked in for a four year cycle after the original homologation, except for the aforementioned 'Joker'.
As has already been stated, the extent of work allowed on the R/M Mk.30 - RT24-P is still a mystery since no one with specific knowledge has spoken up yet.
