With respect. If what you're referring to as
nonsense PR involving derelict parts of the track means the sale of the Dunlop Bridge, a representative from the local cancer charity who have benefitted from the sale was on TV this morning saying how overwhelmed they are by the increased awareness of thier charity thanks to the sale...
As to where it could go, it needn't be put pack over the track, it could go over the main entrance, somewhere on the perimiter road, or even at the side of the circuit as an ornament. (From memory, Mallory Park had a dummy Dunlop bridge in thier paddock for years...)
