My General Rule Of Thumb is this
Default settings are DEFAULT SETTINGS (Medium Speed/Acceleration)
Final Gear Ratio UP 5-10 depending on how fast (SPEED) you want to go
Final Gear Ratio DOWN 5-10 depending on how much torque (ACCELERATION) you want. tell me if these help you out, if not i'll try and get all my 'box settings for you
