I hate to say it, but Mountanstar may be on to something. Remember when the CART unveiled the new Panoz? It seemed like the chassis was supposed to be CART's savior.
Now, having said that, it is definitely time for a chassis and design change in IndyCar. But I can't help but thinking how history has a tendency to repeat itself...
