In the UK it's a surprisingly cheap and simple process to legally set up a company.
Is it not so simple in Germany? Or would setting up Kolles as a car brand not satisfy those in charge of deciding who get to enter?

That may be a hint why Kolles is wanting to go after the Vanwall brand. How much weight does a historical brand name carry with the selection committee? And if it does, why not making arrangements for a brand with historical ties to LM instead of F1?
