I don't know what speeds the bikes have done over the years, but the MotoGP bikes (Ducati) reached a highest speed of 347kph last year. So if the Ferrari P3 figures of 340kph are correct, I'd say there wouldn't be any bikes that would have come close to that. It would be interesting to know what sort of speeds they have reached though, especially in the old days when the track was so rough.
