Btw, the most "rational" explanation (to me, in my mind, not objectively for someone with absolute knowledge) for Brabham not approaching Perrinn is that IMHO Brabham thinks Perrinn's project is a walking dead and the less publicly he has to state such, the better (because he's a nice guy).
