Yes, as it's already been clarified, the cost cutting policy is of paramount importance for privateers, but big teams, supported by huge corporations, to whom 100 millions € more or less is peanuts, just aim at winning, not at saving.
"Tey pay us to win, not to save" told frankly Ron Dennis some years ago, period.
