This project has resurfaced... as an Amazon series. It was supposed to be a full length documentary movie, but no distributor picked it up, so it will become series now. Hopefully will be available outside of Amazon Prime service too.
It has been also renamed to just
Le Mans: Racing is Everything so maybe the 3D gimmick was dropped, now that the primary viewing format will no longer be a movie theater.
