You have a point Socram. There is much too much time wasted on non-racing cars, cruising around with people of some significance, and some without !
And this time could be filled with racecars, and a good thing would be F3 cars. There are several F1 classes, from different timeperiod. Why not F3 cars too ??
And actually did the FVee cars, race in Monaco too, maybe that would be an option, with support from VW ??
