Drink Portimão, Portugal (Rounds 9 & 10) - 2nd - 4th July

Rounds 9&10 of the World Touring Car Championship - 2nd - 4th July
AUTÓDROMO INTERNACIONAL DO ALGARVE

Introduction
  • New track, old country. The World Touring Car Championship heads to Portugal next, at a new venue and with a new driver in tow, last years BTCC champion Colin Turkington. Turkington has raced in the WTCC before as a guest entry in 2007's race at Brands Hatch where he finished 3rd and 4th. Will he match this performance? We'll just have to wait and see. Algarve should be interesting, as it's one of the longest and most challenging tracks this season. Also how will the SEAT's fair at a track like this, with it's long straights and constant changes in elevation?
Track Information
  • 11 Laps per race
  • 4,654 Metres long

Starter Questions:
  • How good do you think Colin Turkington will be?
  • Will this track be better then Porto?
  • Will the SEAT's dominate?
