Absolutely! The fact that 75% of the nation's racers can't get there (easily) is very unfortunate for the sport and for the south island tracks.
You are in the thick of it Mark. What do you see on the horizon? I know you are involved with the upper echelons (TV coverage etc.) and so called higher profile meetings, where maybe the increased fees may not be as crucial as they are for young/old hobby amateurs, but you must have a valid opinion?
Certainly, the smaller grids have been a growing issue at low key meetings, with the knowledge that the larger grids have effectively been subsidising them.
