I understand that aspect, certainly, but this isn't club racing. This is national level motorsport and for an organiser to vote AGAINST doing EITHER South Island event is disappointing to hear.
I know a couple of guys who race and have taken their vehicles south and while the costs are significant, there are ways to reduce these when shipping a large numbe of vehicles. Combining the events also helps to save on costs per round.
Surely I'm not the only one that thinks this return should visit the South Island?
