I think regs for this are very similar to the old mod saloon regs, not such wide wheels as those in the mod saloons,for years these regs where in the blue book.Classic Saloon Car Club,can't remember their new name,have regs on their web site.It would mean you could run a car with fibre glass panels/perspex windows,lots of mods to engine etc.,shell of original car must remain as original and engine must the correct engine from that type of car,built before whatever the cut off date is.Mod-Saloon was a big class in its day,fullgrids and reserves,races at the super prix in Brum,support to F3 and Touring cars etc
