Regardless of what they eventually do… My first thought is that all of this hand wringing and waffling back and forth just seems so amateurish. I shouldn’t be astonished at the amount self inflicted pain there is in F1, but I am.
If they don't move forward how much money has already been spent on R&D for the new engines?
