If you're looking for a location near the circuit, you can make a search around Varennes Vauchelles. When its for me, I drive some 20 kilometers away from the circuit and go for Hôtel du Pont Neuf at Le Veurdre which use to be ran by a couple of charming English people. Ask for a room the new part of the hotel its better. Not really next door but convenient.
For diner and good gril, La Grande Chaumière is the place, the tender is a former butcher.
Bear in mind that B&B doesn't belong to our culture yet…
