I do not see how 2 Asian formula renault series can be organised ...
To be honest if i had 200.000 Euros i would prefer to race in Europe, doing Formula Renault NEC or WEC Spanish F3 or even the new Japanese Formula 3 National Class and racing on prestigious tracks like Suzuka,Motegi,Fuji ... i am pretty sure you can find decent drives for this amount of money
