Is the Lotus LMP1 really confirmed? I haven't heard anything about that for some months now (in fact, almost half a year).
However, I'd say the OAK LMP1 is likely to be at Le Mans. They'll miss Silverstone, but they're still planning to compete in the WEC from Spa onwards.
So my list for LMP1 would be:
